The upper-middle class predominates the local community. In the early 1900's the defense industry was the main industry in Burbank.  Major movie and television studios moved in and now you can shows filmed by CBS and NBC there. The Burbank mall is a wonderful 3 story mall with adjacent out door stores.  Yet another benefit of living in Burbank is it a short trip to Dodger stadium and Hollywood.
