North Hollywood is a great part of the San Fernando Valley. Recently with all of its new construction going on, everything from new metro stations, to new condiminiums being built. North Hollywood is becoming a more and more attractive area to live in everyday. Not to mention you are right next to the world famous Universal Studios. Just the various areas in North Hollywood itself are different from eachother. With the construction going on they are trying to make a walkable urban village right in the "NoHo Arts District". The NoHo Arts District is an area of North Hollywood that is fairly new and filled with contemporary theaters, art galleries, cafes, and interesting shops.
